Obstacles have a 20% chance of turning into Spiked Rocks and a 5% chance of turning into Fool's Gold or Tinted Rocks.

Tinted Rocks, Super Secret Rocks, and Fool's Gold rocks have a 90% chance of turning into Spiked Rocks.

If Isaac gets stuck due to this effect, he will be moved to a nearby position or teleported to a random door.
